1. Special order items cannot be returned.
2. Used or Damaged items.
Any item which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being
used or misused contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or
subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the
customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty
consideration.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum
restocking fee of 20% or refuse any returns.
3. Returns.
You may return any item purchased by you from Old School Eyewear
within 10 days of receipt.
You must first contact Old School Eyewear at (949) 588-3681 to obtain a Return Material
Authorization number (RMA#). The item(s) must be in "re-saleable"
condition. If not, the item(s) will be returned.
4. Exchanges.
Should you order an incorrect item, you may exchange it. The
customer, unless approved prior, will be responsible for re-shipping
charges.
5. Replacement / Damaged Items.
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Items with
defects / damage will be mailed to the manufacturer for replacement
or repair. Some parts carry a manufacturers warranty and the
manufacturer's have agreed to repair or replace the item.
Shipping damage must be reported to the Carrier and
Old School Eyewear within
24 hours of receipt.

Please repack the items securely in a box to protect the original
packaging. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments for returned freight
